An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded Property Analyst to join the team. Working closely with the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Prepare property analysis and statistics for a portfolio of office assets.
- Prepare and coordinate all financial management reporting relating to properties.
- Budget, forecast and manage internal fees.
- Run and maintain the in-house financial models for existing developments, update them regularly with changing market conditions, and reflect changes in budgets, designs, and assumptions.
- Prepare and deliver internal and external reports with key financial and operation metric analysis.
- Track a range of property data including vacancy, construction, sales, and leasing transactions.
- Assist in negotiations and preparation of documentation with sales, leasing agents, terms of agreement, lease, and sale/ purchase documentation from commencement through to completion.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To be considered for this role you will have at least 3-4 years experience and have strong analytical and Excel skills with prior experience within property, construction or financial services. You will be results orientated, with keen financial acumen and an analytical mind where you understand how your analytical work can positively impact business success. You pride yourself on your exceptional attention to detail and quality work.
