**What this job involves**:
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our high performing QLD Logistics & Industrial team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking for a career in a market leading professional real estate services firm.

In this busy role, you will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the team, which works closely with internal and external clients.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Maintain all data input for the QLD Industrial team
Create and maintain all property listings
Manage all property marketing material
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing reports
Overall responsibility of top quality pitch documents
Source, collect and collate sales evidence as is and preparation of detailed Sales Analyses

You’ll be willing to learn, and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You’ll be well-presented and well-spoken, and easily build good relationships with stakeholders of all levels. Superior communication, time management and analytical skills are key to success in this role
Bachelors Degree in Property, Economics, Finance or related field
Previous property experience will be highly regarded
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interest in the commercial property industry, with goals of becoming a sales and leasing agent
