**About the Role**

As first point of contact for all customers, our Dispensers:

- Support our Optometrists with pre-testing
- Offer our customers frame styling advice
- Dispense glasses with various lens options
- Build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey

**Skills and Experience**

They will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and exhibits the following qualities:

- _Practical Abilities_: Must have a minimum of 3 months optical experience and retail/customer service experience. Cert IV Dispensing qualification is highly desired, but not essential
- _Enthusiasm:_ Passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting the wider community through eye health
- _Communication Skills_: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- _Teamwork_: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Optical: 1 year (preferred)
