**About the Job**

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for
- Working on projects and services we offer via our Supply Chain/Operations functions (IP addressing, testing, staging, building cabinets/racks/kits, etc.)
- Picking, packaging and dispatching orders
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Offloading and loading pallets
- Counting and checking stock to ensure quality control and solving stock discrepancies
- Ensure safe warehouse operations, especially regarding forklift use
- Liaise with couriers related to orders and deliveries
- General maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse
- Customer contact for orders and ETAs

- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service
- Full driver’s licence
- Current Forklift licence is essential
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Physical capabilities to lift and move heavy boxes
