**KPMG Banarra is KPMG Australia's specialist human rights and social impact advisory team. We work with businesses, government, and not-for-profits to understand complex social issues, risks and opportunities and develop and implement practical responses to create sustainable positive change. We also lead KPMG's Global Business and Human Rights Network, bringing together specialists around the world to deliver international solutions.
**Your Opportunity
**As an Associate Director in the KPMG Banarra team you will play a key role in:
- Deliver large and complex multi-stakeholder projects with inter-disciplinary project teams.
- Help shape the future strategy and direction for KPMG Banarra.
- Contribute to the public conversation through thought-leadership and other advocacy initiatives.
- Mentor and help develop team members to reach their full potential; and
- Call it as you see it and challenge the status quo.

- Significant knowledge of and experience in the field of human rights and social impact, energy and natural resources sectors.
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of social impact assessment, Indigenous Peoples and heritage, community development, materiality, human rights, stakeholder engagement.
- Significant experience in implementation of relevant tools and methodologies including stakeholder engagement, social research including interviewing, NVivo (or similar) coding and analysis.
- Consulting experience or directly analogous skills and experience; and
- Demonstrated experience managing people and projects.
**Qualifications
**We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications in human rights law, workplace relations or employment law, social or political science, gender studies, community development, other area of relevance and/or equivalent experience.
