We're looking for a friendly and reliable Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team at Lilly's Espresso & Cucina in Rhodes.

This is a casual position with regular shifts:

1 evening shift (restaurant night service)

1 weekend day shift – with the option of an additional day

What we're looking for:

  • Strong barista skills – confident with specialty coffee, milk texturing & consistency
  • A genuine passion for hospitality & customer service
  • Experience in a café or restaurant environment (front-of-house / all-rounder skills preferred)
  • Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude
