**Your new role**
The Customer Resolution Specialist is responsible for helping the Client Services teams to continuously improve the quality of our customers’ experiences. This is done by partnering with colleagues to actively respond to customer complaints and disputes, using the feedback to turn negative customer experiences into positive ones and advocate for customers to fix pain points and improve their experience.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Understanding of Mastertrust products including superannuation, insurance & claims and the relevant legislation.
- Strong customer service focus and stakeholder management.
- Ability to use analytical thinking to understand the needs and issues of the customer.
- Ability to follow the processes which are relevant to the customer’s issue.
- Work effectively in a team to accomplish goals.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
