Duties:.
- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant staff members or students
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in student assessments and assignments
- Prepare course timetable
- Assist in students’ course attendance and course progress
- Be able to prioritise diverse tasks and work quickly and effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Work with well-developed organisational and administration skills
- Model ethical and professional behaviour to set the benchmark of these qualities for students and others.
- Other General Administration and student support duties.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- High attention to detail
- High level of confidence, persuasive and negotiation skills.
- be fluent in English, Mandarin or Nepail.
