**The Organisation**

JK has partnered with a large local steel fabrication supplier in Acacia Ridge offering an opportunity for a sand blaster to join their team with an immediate start. Our client is a leader within the fabrication and engineering industry.

**The Role**

Within this role, you will be responsible for the set up and operation of the sandblasting equipment. Removing dirt, paint, and other built-up material from metal surfaces. You will also assist with powder coating or painting duties as required.

This position offers full-time hours Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm - with a 1:00pm finish on Fridays. Overtime is available.

**Role Requirements**
- Experience in a similar role desired but not required (full training provided)
- Ability to learn and pick up on new things quickly
- Reasonable level of fitness and strength
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
