**About the Role**

Support the Education Technology Department through coordination of operational requirements, administrative tasks, triaging, task allocation, stakeholder communication and procurement. This role will ensure a high level of customer service is being provided and organisational targets are being met.

**About You**

You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:

- Excellent written English and effective interpersonal communication skills
- High aptitude to complete tasks in a timely manner
- A relevant tertiary degree or qualification
- Experience with M365, Visio, and Project are desirable
- The ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team
- Demonstrated administrative and organisational skills
- A willingness and ability to broaden the skill set by learning and adopting new web-based technologies, tools, and languages through formal and informal training
- A positive attitude to working with people from various cultural and professional backgrounds
- Strong levels of initiative and proactivity
- A mature work discipline, time management, and task prioritisation
- An ability to document department processes in a simple, auditable, and ordered state
- Exemplary customer service skills

All team members at CGS are required to have:

- Appropriate qualifications
- A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- A current National Police Check; and
- Full working rights within Australia.
