**Aged Care Residential**
- Our aged care homes are just that, a home for our residents. You’ll work as part of a team of people and help with showering, dressing, simple cleaning, linen service, and meals. But you’ll also be there to enhance our residents living experience through empathy, warmth, understanding, and kindness.
- We have regular and flexible shifts in the morning, afternoon, and night. If it suits, weekends too. It can be a great learning environment if you're new to the industry as you’ll be exposed to experienced carers and nursing staff.

**Why we care**
- For more than 70 years, we have been in the community helping the elderly live their best lives. Today we have 1700+ staff and volunteers and offer residential (aged care), community health and home care, respite, and retirement living options.
- We have over 1000 personal carers working across Victoria. Our aged care residential sites are located in Camberwell, Clarinda, Glenroy, Heidelberg, Gisborne, Brunswick West, Caulfield North, Altona Meadows, Mornington, Frankston, Traralgon, and Bendigo. We offer specialised care and expertise in dementia, palliative, and culturally appropriate care for people from non-English speaking backgrounds.
**What we look for**
- a genuine passion for caring for the elderly
- the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- certification or higher in Individual Support (Cert III) or related studies including nursing
- students studying Individual Support or related studies that can work part-time hours
- an ability to communicate with clients in English (other languages can be helpful too)
- respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
We will ask you to supply an NDIS screen (or proof of lodgement), vaccination certificates, and evidence of your qualifications. Don’t worry, we’ll only ask you for these when we need them.
