- Working with key stakeholders to assist with customising competencies related to the client and their requirements.
- Creating assessment documents that map out competencies.
- Writing assessment material, creating questions and answer tasks.

**Role fit**
- Demonstrated experience within a similar role.
- Have an understanding of national competency standards.
- Demonstrated experience writing assessment materials.
- Strong communications both written and verbal.
- Experience building relationships.
