- Develop transport metrics and reporting that inform strategic decisions

**You’ll need**
- Strong demonstrated experience in transport management, commercial operations, or supply chain strategy (ideally 7 + years)
- CPA, CIMA, or CA Qualification
- Strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills
- Proven experience in business case development and performance reporting
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes independently
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel; WMS/TMS experience a plus
