**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for a **Tax Leader - Advisory **to join our Enterprise Tax team as a senior member of Group Finance.

**You will take the lead in**:

- Partnering with the business to identify and implement commercial tax advice, whilst supporting ongoing business needs.
- Providing tax support and advice with respect to international projects, investment strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, and capital management structuring.
- Monitoring and developing/implementing strategies to manage the Group’s effective tax rate, including managing the Group’s global tax provision.
- Managing and overseeing the R&D tax incentive program with support from finance teams and external advisors.
- Driving operational efficiencies and effectiveness through automation, process improvements and ways of working.Mitigating tax risks, agility in responding to and implementing processes to account for, business, tax and other regulatory changes.

**What would you bring to the team?**
- Degree qualified with tax qualifications & CA/CPA equivalent with a post-graduate qualification such as Master of Tax will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring and developing a team with significant relevant experience gained ideally from the Big 4 and/or similar roles in large multinational corporate tax environment.
- Proven commercial experience with a strong understanding of tax effect accounting and demonstrated specialist taxation knowledge, including corporate and international tax, tax consolidation, tax treaties and R&D tax incentive.
- Strong communication and advisory skills at all levels of a professional organization with a strong inept ability to communicate complex tax concepts in simple, layman’s terms.
- Demonstrated project management skills with an ability to influence others in the achievement of business objectives.
