**The Opportunity**
An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Partner to join Findex/Crowe’s expanding Tax Advisory (“One Tax”) business. In this exciting and critical leadership role, the Tax Partner will be responsible for attracting and servicing dynamic corporates, high net worth individuals, and privately owned businesses, while also building our people brand to be the employer of choice.

With substantial growth plans already mapped out, and a 5-year business plan to double net income, we are in the market for a strong, results-orientated, dynamic leader, with a growth mindset and an insatiable appetite to deliver complex tax advisory and tax compliance services and the best commercial outcomes and solutions for our loyal and growing client base.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing expert tax advice to new and existing clients
- Increasing the top line net revenue of the region
- Growing the profitability (net margin) while investing in talent and specialisation
- Growing the Findex/Crowe footprint in the region by increasing and maintaining a sustainable customer base
- Increasing client experience NPS ratings
- Leading from the front and working with other Partners to help guide the team to perform to their full potential
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery. Fostering collaboration among One Tax and all Findex/Crowe service lines.

With a focus on **Business Growth, Clients, Operations & Compliance **and **People & Leadership **, this role will involve:

- Collaborating with other Partners to deliver the business strategy/growth of the region, to generate increase in revenue and the client base (with emphasis on specialisation, sectors & segments)
- Driving a culture of business development through sales & pipeline management and activity
- Developing and executing plans to secure new business
- Attracting, developing and retaining a team of capable professionals to support client needs
- Leading by example by demonstrating high standards of quality, ethics and professionalism

**About You**

- Proven Senior Tax Advisory experience in a Chartered Accounting firm
- Qualified CA/CPA
- Strong commercial acumen and sales aptitude
- Solid negotiating and influencing skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Thorough risk management knowledge
- Sound understanding of legislative framework
