Cinebar Coolangatta is a restaurant-style cinema located in The Strand. We are seeking experienced Front of House staff members to bring our brand-new venue to life and represent the face of our organisation. As a Front of House staff member, you’ll be taking orders, printing tickets and serving drinks at the box office, and taking charge of high-volume bartending and bar item preparation for busy in-cinema service periods.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing strong customer service to nurture an excellent guest experience; printing tickets, taking food and beverage orders, and serving drinks over-the counter
- Fast-paced, high-volume line production preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, desserts and other bar items (up to 400 items per service)
- Ensuring the bar and service areas are clean and maintained; replenishing stock
- Assisting with in-cinema food & beverage delivery
- Assisting with opening/closing the venue

**What we look for**:

- A minimum of one year’s experience in hospitality
- Availability for weekend work, evening work, and public holiday work
- The ability to work 15+ hours per week
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, enthusiastic, hands-on attitude
- The ability to pick up a broad skillset and work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
