FOH All-Rounder Position - Busy Café in Pinjarra

A popular and vibrant café located in Pinjarra is looking for a reliable and motivated All-Rounder to join our dynamic team. This part-time role offers 20-25 hours per week and provides an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, including greeting and serving customers and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure the café runs smoothly.
- Serve a premium food offering while working with high-quality equipment and preparing top-notch coffee.
- Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain professional standards at all times.
- Collaborate within a supportive and team-oriented environment, where no task is too big or too small for anyone.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an All-Rounder or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude—always ready to smile, leave problems at the door, and enjoy the workday.
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Enthusiasm for high-quality food, great coffee, and providing service with a smile.
- Knowledge of European food is an advantage.
- Availability to work some weekends is essential.
