**About the Roles**
You will work in a wonderful and friendly team **supporting Health Care Managers** across Australia to **recruit, onboard and manage their staff**.
Role choice 1. Contract Team - Responsibilities:
- **Complete relevant pre-employment checks**:
- **Generate new employee contracts** and existing employee contract variations adhering to relevant enterprise agreement and awards
- Providing expert advice and coordination of an end-to-end recruitment process, supporting and training hiring managers
- Maintain confidential employee/payroll records/documentation
- **Support managers with on-boarding their new employees**:
- **Advising managers on policies, Enterprise Agreements and Awards**
Role choice 2. Sourcing Team - Responsibilities:
- Talent pipeline building and management
- Partnering with our stakeholders to provide a guide on best practice talent engagement processes
- Providing support on how to screen and shortlist applicants, including the best way to **manage high volume campaigns**:
- Providing expert advice and coordination of an end-to-end recruitment process, supporting and training hiring managers
- Maintain confidential employee/payroll records/documentation
- Previous experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Keeps up with industry trends with a proven ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities

- Exceptional team-playing skills
- You enjoy helping people and can deliver great customer service
- Fantastic attention to detail - precise and correct data entry
- You are comfortable multi-tasking and can work to tight deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment will be key to this role.
You will need:
- People in our team choose to work from our Greenslopes office or from home. If you work from home, you will have a **home office space** that meets Ramsay’s health and safety standards, and **suitable office equipment**:
- Generally home-based staff work in our head office at Greenslopes Private Hospital one day a week - but we are flexible
