This role is responsible for the global product development of a leading industry solution that is critical to the acquisition and profitability of key clients. You will work with clients and colleagues to evolve the product strategy, devise innovative new solutions and expand usage in target verticals. Working with technical delivery teams, you will prioritise and manage the ongoing release process to achieve maximum benefit for GBT and clients.

Key responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and gain insights through engagement with clients, colleagues and industry partners regarding product vision and opportunities
- Analyze user requirements, competitive positioning and industry landscape
- Conceptualize, design and implement new product features to address specialized client needs
- Develop the strategic roadmap by evaluating business cases to prioritise highest value initiatives
- Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Supply and Compliance functions
- Work with end users to operationalize and optimize product adoption and performance

Required skills/experience
- Essential_
- 5+ years experience as a digital Product Manager or similar role
- Ability to understand complex systems and technology
- Knowledge and understanding of travel industry technology
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to understand user requirements, identify business opportunities and think innovatively to develop a product vision
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with an ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. Skilled at conveying unfamiliar systems in a simple and compelling manner
- Knowledge of product development methodologies and ability to deliver in a large multi-functional organization
- Project Management experience leading multi-functional resources
- Self-driven and able to work using own initiative and drive
- Comfortable working with globally dispersed and remote teams
- Planning and scheduling skills to handle busy workload and multiple demands from internal and external customers
- Preferable_
- Knowledge of Energy, Mining and Marine travel technology and operations
