**About the role**

We are seeking dedicated Allied Health Professionals (Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists) to join our growing team at Compassionate Care WA - based in in Ellenbrook, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation and supportive care to our clients, helping them achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

**What you'll be doing**
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalised treatment plans
- Providing a range of evidence-based interventions, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and Speech pathology
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care
- Documenting client progress and outcomes in accordance with professional and organisational standards
- Participating in team meetings and professional development activities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
- Advocating for client needs and promoting their independence and quality of life

**What we're looking for**
- A degree in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or Speech Pathology
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a similar role, providing rehabilitation and supportive care to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and their families
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to develop effective treatment plans
- Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care and advocating for client needs
- Registration with the appropriate professional body and a current police check
- Willingness to travel throughout the metro area to support our clients in their home., SIL, SDA or facility
