About the Role

Attain Health Services has a mobile Exercise Physiologist role available servicing DVA, NDIS, and private clients in Ellenbrook and surrounding suburbs. We are looking for someone who wants to build strong relationships with current long term clients, and grow with the role into a full-time caseload. You will need to be able to travel between client homes and meet-up locations to deliver your services.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver flexible evidence-based home exercise therapy for best client engagement

Develop strong rapport and trust with clients

Manage your caseload and contribute to service growth

What We’re Looking For

An enthusiastic individual who has strong initiative and thrives with autonomy

Relevant tertiary education and AEP registration with Exercise and Sport Science Australia

Current CPR and First Aid qualifications

Your own Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance

Current driver’s licence

National Police Certificate dated within six months

A creative exercise mind that can find movement solutions for any limitation or barrier

Pay: $59,890.62 - $106,163.20 per year
