We're recruiting a passionate ECT or Experienced Diploma Qualified Educator for a boutique family-oriented centre which is conveniently located in the heart of Frenchs Forest's business park precinct. The centre is currently seeking a passionate Early childhood Teacher / Education Leader to come on board to work in Pre School Room and manage curriculum management / office admin tasks. As a boutique innovative Early Learning Centre, they are embarking on a journey to redefine the future of childcare and early learning through the emphasis on speech and communications, healthy food, caring and active lifestyle.

**Your new role**

This boutique family-oriented centre is looking to welcome a passionate, caring, motivated, and reliable Early Childhood Teacher / Education Leader to join a dedicated team of educators. As an advocate you will collaborate with the passionate team to champion a high-quality education & care program in a creative and holistic manner. Your role will be to work alongside the management and take pride on detail attention to the children's needs and development by offering healthy and balanced meals that focuses on freshness and nutritional value. In addition to their stunning large sunny outdoor play area, their focus program with the help of children is to build their own organic vegetable & fruit and herb garden. This programme forms part of the children's understanding on food and its origin.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor of Education OR Diploma / ACECQA Approved
- Current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and regulations and the new Assessment and Rating Process
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- A commitment to best practice
- Demonstrated initiative and decision-making abilities
