The Bleacher Athletic team is the sports division of the Cotton On Group. We work across the NRL, AFL and AFLW in on-field and supporter wear.

We also run the Upstate Sport brand, focusing on women’s performance and streetwear inspired co-ordinates. Building on the Upstate community, we have big plans for UPSTATE SPORT.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Are you TikTok-obsessed, across the latest social trends and bursting with ideas that stop the scroll?

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist for our Upstate Sport brand who lives and breathes digital storytelling. Someone who can jump in front of a camera, lead a shoot, and craft strategy-driven content that drives engagement, clicks, and sales. You will manage end to end content production, own our brand partnership program, support paid social strategy and optimise social activity based on trends, data and campaign performance.

If you’re energetic, creative, and ready to grow brand awareness through impactful content, this role is for you.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Advertising preferred
- Demonstrated experience establishing consumer focused social channels
- A social-first creative who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Confident in front of the camera and behind the scenes
- Proven analytical and reporting skills with an eye for what drives interaction and conversion
- Strong knowledge of web and social analytics platform tools essential
