Great opportunity for an experienced event coordinator or event manager to join a small team based in Bondi, and work a variety of events ranging from small community focussed events through to a large annual Gala dinner. You will get to deliver on a busy events calendar.

**The Organisation**
This Eastern Suburbs-based, established charity is seeking an Event Coordinator to implement its annual calendar of Fundraising and supporter engagement events.

You will join a
**small but high-performing and truly collaborative team** who are passionate about delivering positive outcomes to those in need.

**The Role**
- Co-ordinate, implement and support the delivery of online and live events - including the annual fundraising gala dinner, a golf day, launch events, and supporter engagement activities
- Co-ordinate event materials including RSVPs, sponsorship opportunities, operations & logistics
- Oversee all registration, ticketing, event toolkits, related donations, and enquiries

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Experience in the coordination of events
- Comfortable working in a small team & not afraid to roll your sleeves up
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in using Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or similar) & social media platforms
- Current NSW drivers’ license
- A COVID-19 vaccination/exemption certificate is required due to the nature of the organisations work
