**Role Overview**

The Warehouse and Customer Support Coordinator is a dynamic, dual-role position that combines hands-on order fulfilment with customer support responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work and customer interaction, contributing directly to the smooth operation of the warehouse and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

This is a crucial role within the Cartwright Company, bridging the gap between our operational and customer-facing functions to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Warehouse Picker/Packer**
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correct and packaged securely.
- Organise and maintain inventory in the warehouse, restocking shelves as needed.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipment.
- Manage shipping labels and coordinate with couriers to dispatch orders on time.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

**Web Customer Service**
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and general product questions.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Process refund and exchange requests in line with company policies.
- Update and maintain customer service records for efficient follow-up.

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in your workday. Whether you're picking and packing orders in the warehouse or assisting customers online, you take pride in delivering accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar role (warehouse or customer service) is preferred but not required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
