We are searching for a positive, enthusiastic, and experienced individual to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in a welcoming atmosphere, and we’re seeking someone who can contribute to our customer-focused environment.

**Position Available**:

- 4/5 evenings a week (Friday & Saturday mandatory)
- Located in Fitzroy

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Explain our daily specials and popular menu items to guests.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Tend to customers' needs throughout their dining experience.
- Clean and maintain dining areas, including setting up tables and ensuring the environment is tidy and welcoming.
- Assist with finalizing payments, handling cash, and processing card transactions.
- willingness to learn and undeerstand all aspects of the business

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred.
- A positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Must be a team player, reliable, and punctual.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid RSA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
