We are looking for,

1 Full time experienced barista that has potential to become future manager, to join us in our specialty coffee cafe at 720 Bourke street. (Needs to be available Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

The ideal applicant is someone who has
- 1 Years Barista experience in a fast paced environment
- Broad knowledge of food and beverage
- Passionate about coffee and love coffee
- Good communication skills with the ability to build a strong rapport with peers and customers
- Great work ethic and easy going/friendly nature
- Full Australian working rights

The successful applicant must be fast on the machine, yet not willing to compromise quality. Must be confident, a strong communicator and able to work as part of a team, as building a strong culture within the workplace is extremely important to us.
- To anticipate and attend to the guests needs and desires
- To assist in training a new team to perform at Melbourne Barista standard
- To implement and maintain good quality processes, back and front of house by adhering to and enhancing existing policies and standard procedures
- Setting the standard high, for your team on shift to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and ingrain a positive, enthusiastic and proactive team culture amongst the team full of personality and drive
- To have current knowledge of coffee trends and initiate ideas to stay ahead in the competitive Melbourne market

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
