Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages consistently to company standards.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and effectively.
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation where required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, tables, and equipment.
  • Handle cash, card transactions, and operate POS systems accurately.
  • Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well maintained.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred but not essential (training provided).
  • Passion for coffee, food, and customer experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 25 per week
