**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clinical Management: Participate in the diagnosis, assessment, and management of hip and knee patients, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Surgical Exposure: Assist in and perform a variety of hip and knee procedures, including primary and revision joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, fracture management, and soft tissue repair.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work in a multidisciplinary team environment, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, radiologists, and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Patient Education: Counsel patients on surgical and non-surgical options, including the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of various treatment modalities.
- Research and Quality Improvement: Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives related to hip and knee surgery. Fellows will have the opportunity to publish findings and contribute to ongoing projects in collaboration with senior staff.
- Teaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior doctors, medical students, and allied health professionals involved in the hip and knee service.

- Hip and knee arthroscopy

- Joint preservation techniques
