Due to their continuous growth, they are seeking x2 Integrations Consultants to join their team at their offices in Mount Waverley.

**Your new role**
As a Level 2 Integrations Consultant, you are primarily responsible for the delivery and support of the organisations entire product range. Assisting customers and providing helpdesk/troubleshooting support, you will be integral in developing and maintaining positive, fruitful relationships between the organisation and its customers. Your daily duties and responsibilities as a Level 2 Integrations Consultant will consist of the following:

- Provide professional and exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Logging all contact made with clients/customers regarding incidents and requests for service
- Managing incident queue by providing diagnosis and resolution of incidents in a timely fashion
- Provide consistent updates for open incidents
- Contribute to pilot testing of new products
- Maintain and regularly review adherence to KPIs

There are two positions available: x1 Full-time, Permanent AND x1 Fixed Term Contract (12 months, full-time)

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Demonstrated experience in a Helpdesk/Troubleshooting role
- Previous customer service and/or call centre experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy, with the ability to learn and utilise new systems quickly and with ease
- Experience working in the automotive industry highly desirable
- A knack for problem solving, with analytical thinking skills
- High self-motivation to take ownership of your own learning and development
- Results driven, with experience in working with KPIs or other performance targets
