As the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving compliance with relevant laws and regulations while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism. Your expertise will significantly impact our clients and their families, as you manage large-scale projects, coach team members, and tackle complex quality and compliance challenges.

**We will count on you to**:

- Oversee the quality team, facilitating regular quality meetings and communication strategies nationally
- Compliance framework management, maintain and monitor the compliance framework to meet legislation, codes and internal standards
- Monitor accreditation and compliance with regulatory expectations across all sites, ensuring actions are taken if requirements are not met
- Manage the Recovre Quality Management System and ensure compliance during ISO9001 audits
- Provide coaching to State Managers regarding the implementation of quality models and processes
- Oversee client complaints and compliments, ensuring they are documented and managed within agreed timelines

**What you need to have**:

- Qualifications as an appropriate health professional and registration with AHPRA; or qualified as an auditor/compliance professional with experience in consulting in RTW rehabilitation, health and wellbeing environment
- Strong knowledge of regulatory risk principles, including ISO31000:2018 and experience implementing risk frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of industry regulations
- Proven ability to develop, lead, and implement national projects and initiatives
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, problem solve and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
