Busy Bees at Fremantle is a 60-place service where you'll find spacious open-plan rooms full of stimulating and educational activities, with a team of dedicated and passionate educators and an excellent leadership team. Our service is located on a quiet residential street close school, close to the south-west end of Booyeembara Park.

We seek passionate Full Time Educators who will be dedicated dedicated to fostering young children's growth. You'll create nurturing, engaging learning environments, develop age-appropriate curricula, assess progress, and build strong family relationships. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to support children's holistic development and lifelong learning.

Essential Qualifications- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).
- If you are studying you can still apply- A current and valid Blue card.- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children.- Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.- Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.- Adaptable to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting.- Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service.- Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families and individual children's needs.- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development.- Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant or similar.
