Bar Staff

Role: Bar staff / Front & Back of House Staff.

We can **promise** you a fun and exciting role, like no other - we guarantee. You will be around amazing people (staff and patrons), all of who have a great time in an electrifying environment (Big claims on our part... but we can back it up).

We are a new wine bar in the St Kilda / Balaclava area seeking casual/part-time ‘all-rounders’ for bar service and 'back of house' work (tidying and restocking, etc).
- There is no kitchen, so no kitchen work is involved.

We will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 8:00 pm until (typically around) 2:00 am.

THE ROLE

The role involves bar service (drinks and platters) as well as tidying and re-setting of various areas in the venue throughout the evening.

**YOU**:
We are looking for staff who are:

- friendly and enjoy interacting with customers
- available Friday and Saturday evenings
- experienced in hospitality or willing to learn
- reliable and punctual
- open-minded and accepting of others
- are prepared to pour and serve drinks and assemble basic platters (no cocktails or tap beer)
- willing to help tidy and reset various areas within the venue throughout trading hours
- hold an RSA
