IT Field Technician role | Permanent | Sydney | MSP

Hays has partnered with a MSP company based in Sydney that specialises in providing IT services in the biotech/pharma/health sector.

**Your new role**

You will be providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to clients. 1-2 days a week client visits initially and remote support on other days.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Provide on-site support and remediation of Level 1 and some level 2 desktop IT issues, and Microsoft 365 cloud issues.
- Install and assist with configuration of equipment, such as servers, PCs, switches, routers, wireless access points, and other related equipment.
- Perform site audits.
- Effective communication skills
