Mercy Place Dandenong is a 120-bed bed facility at the heart of Melbourne's. Mercy Place Dandenong is a welcoming home nestles in a multicultural community. You will have an opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of nursing & care staff, physiotherapist, lifestyle and pastoral care worker and many more.
- Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach
- Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
- Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
- Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard
What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach.
- Recognised tertiary qualification and current full Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care.
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
