We currently have **permanent**, **full time** positions available for a **Warehouse Leading Hands** in our **Hazlemere** branch. You'll be responsible for coordinating all the store people, while working closely with the Parts Manager on any outstanding items. This role is fantastic for someone who enjoys working within a warehouse environment, while ensure organisation is on point.

**About the job**:

- Coordinate store people while supporting and assisting their day-to-day duties.
- Identify areas of improvement in existing work procedures and practices to drive innovation.
- Ensure timely supply of parts and information as required.
- Work to utilise the most effective time and cost freight methods are used.
- Daily cyclic stock counts and report variances.
- Daily core and parts returns from Ros.
- Weekly Parts Distribution Centre core returns.

**About you**:

- Have your LF/LO tickets.
- Great time management skills with a passion for organisation.
- Enjoy hands on work - a passion for automotive would be awesome too.
- Strong attention to detail, with the drive to work in a team and get the job done.
- Enthusiastic and motivated - comfortable providing top notch customer service.
- Passionate about safety, and maintaining a clean, tidy workplace.
- You've had experience in cyclic counts and stock takes.
