We’re a well-established, 58-place, community-minded service located in Dulwich Hill / Hurlstone Park and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our team, nurture our culture and champion high-quality early learning experiences for children and families.

This is not your typical leadership role. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the direction of the centre, the support of an experienced team and the opportunity to work both on and off the floor meaning you stay connected to what really matters: children, families and educators.

Whether you’re an experienced Director or a high-performing 2IC ready to step up, this is your chance to lead a truly collaborative and purpose-driven service.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience in a Centre Director or Assistant Director role
- A calm, confident leadership style with strong communication and organisational skills
- A deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and current best practices
- The ability to inspire, mentor and lead a team toward shared goals
- A focus on building strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community
- A proactive mindset with a passion for driving occupancy and service reputation

**You’ll Also Need**:

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Child Protection (Identify & Respond to Children at Risk) training
- Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Australian Working Rights
