**Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC)** are a leading provider in employment, training and business services. We've been helping young people secure pathways into training, education and employment for more than 30 years.

To support ETC's growth, we are looking for influential and results-driven **Operations Manager** to lead, coach and support the teams to increase capability and performance. You will be working in the **Transition to Work (TTW) Program**, which provides support and coaching to youth (age 15-24) to develop the skills needed to move towards obtaining sustainable employment or training outcomes.

This is a **full time** position with an attractive salary including a **company vehicle, phone, laptop**, and **salary packaging options** to **increase your take-home pay.** You also have the added benefit of a **monthly accrued day off (ADO).**

As the **Operations Manager,** you have full responsibility for overseeing operations of the TTW Team based on the Sunshine Coast for Maroochydore, Caloundra, Nambour and Noosaville, including; managing staff, resources, safety, compliance and financial performance in order to achieve operational budgets and program outcomes. You will provide strong leadership and coaching for your team to increase capability and performance while ensuring the ongoing generation of suitable job vacancies and work experience placements for TTW participants.

**Who are we looking for?**

You have demonstrable experience providing effective leadership for a team, preferably in the employment or youth services sector. With a high level of emotional intelligence, you are adept at building relationships and have a knack for evaluating situations, identifying solutions and negotiating positive outcomes. You can engage with a diverse range of people and have well-developed networks in the local community. As an experienced Manager, you understand the drivers of success and implement strategies that drive strong performance outcomes while ensuring your team feels supported in the process. Impeccable time-management skills and a high level of computer literacy are also essential to succeed in the role.

**Essential experience, qualifications and skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Demonstrated operational management experience within Employment Services or youth related sectors
- Highly developed analytical and financial management skills with the ability to forecast and manage budgets
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
