**We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer on a 3 month contract to assist our growing team.**

This position has eventuated as the business continues to grow and you will be part of a dynamic team. It will suit a Payroll Officer who has confidence to work with autonomy to deliver a weekly payroll and can manage day to day enquiries.
- **As the business is on a growth path other opportunities may arise after the initial 3 month contract._

As an experienced Payroll Officer, you will be skillful in:

- Medium to high volume, end to end processing environment (minimum 3 years experience)
- Working in a team environment with experience in an organizations of 200+ employees
- Working with initiative and a strong customer centric approach
- Manual calculation and processing of leave entitlements and termination payments
- Resolving employee queries
- Maintaining employee data
- Proficiency in Xero Payroll is a must
- Experience with Deputy would be advantageous
- Knowledge and understanding of current legislation and awards essential, particularly related to hospitality
- Previous experience working with the Restaurant Award & Hospitality Award would also be advantageous.
