Female Support

We are seeking compassionate and dependable **Female Support/Care Workers** to join our team in delivering high-quality in-home and community-based care across multiple regions in **New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland**, including areas such as **Western Sydney, Melbourne, regional VIC, and greater Queensland**.

**Role Overview** The Support Worker will be responsible for providing ongoing, in-home and community-based support. Duties will include:

- Assisting with daily living tasks and light domestic activities
- Encouraging community participation and personal independence
- Maintaining professional standards of privacy, dignity, and respect
- Keeping accurate records and following care plans
- Complying with food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards

**Key Requirements**
- Individuals based in **Western Sydney, Greater Melbourne, regional VIC, or Queensland**:

- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day care responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, person-centred approach
- Current **P1 driver’s licence** and willingness to transport the client if required

**Qualifications & Compliance**:

- Certificate III or above in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability Support (preferred)
- Experience in in-home or community-based care (advantageous)

**Must have or be willing to obtain**:

- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (NSW/VIC/QLD)
- First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Orientation Certificate
- 100 Points of ID
- Legal right to work in Australia- **Subject Line**: Female Support / Care Workers
