**About the Role**:
AGC are seeking 2 x permanent part time Payroll/Finance officers. You will be responsible for supporting the CFO including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial end of month processes. The role will also support administration tasks across the business and particularly as they relate to the finance function and office administration.

The 2 x roles are available at 0.8FTE and 0.6FTE, days are flexible with school hours an option.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the timely and accurate processing of all payroll tasks such that payroll is both on time and accurate
- Accounts Payable/Receivable administration
- The reconciliation and collection of debtors such that debts are collected with a timely manner
- Timely and accurate creditor invoice entry
- Assisting the financial end of month process and reconciliations
- Working with staff as required to ensure they deliver on their tasks within a reasonable time frame
- Management of Finance Assistant in their role and day to day tasks to meet the weekly finance requirements
- Other administration tasks in particular as they relate to the finance function
- Delivering end of month finances in a timely manner
- Administer RTWSA Claims & RTW employees

- Sound understanding of financial processes and principles, particularly payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and end of month processes

- Sound understanding of MS Office Suite and company programs including Xero, KeyPay and WorkGuru
- Able to work autonomously
- Ability to assess processes and efficiencies of work produced
- Honest and able to deal with matters confidentially
- Reliable and dependable team player
