**About the role**:
Our Supervisors are responsible for executing the successful servicing and running of our tools on our clients’ sites, in addition to:

- Lead and manage the execution of operations on the client’s location
- Proactively liaise with customer reps, contribute to planning meetings, work instruction reviews, daily operations meetings, and ‘lead’ TBT’s
- Supervise, coach and mentor Field Technicians
- Measure check and prepare tools and tool strings on site in a timely manner, liaise with driller/assistant driller and company rep regarding tool measurements and space outs
- Maintain detailed and accurate weekly inventories.
- Complete all post job paperwork requirements accurately and efficiently, ensuring it is submitted in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all operational issues, incidents, near misses, NPT, etc. are reported correctly and in a timely manner.
- When you are not in the field, you may be required to assist in the workshop with building, redressing service tools.

**Who are you?**:
You will have the following experience and qualifications:

- Previous Oil & Gas field experience
- Technical qualification
- Knowledge and experience working with downhole tools
- Strong communication skills
- BOSIET, HUET or FOET
- IWCF Level 1 - Well Control Awareness
- Valid driver’s licence
- You will hold or be able to obtain Australian work rights.
