**Melville Volkswagen** have a rare opportunity for a customer centric** Assistant Service Manager** to join our Service leadership team.

You will be a dynamic Automotive Service professional with strong Dealership front-line service exposure. Your proven leadership ability will enable you to coach our team of advisors to ensure they are on track to achieve the departments objectives.

You will also take ownership for driving and enhancing Customer engagement, ensuring each and every Customer receive the Ultimate Customer experience, thereby successfully building high levels of daily customer satisfaction as well as retention and profitability.

- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for customer engagement, satisfaction and loyalty
- Demonstrated ability to delegate responsibility, work with, mentor & coach employees’ positivity developing their skills & capabilities.
- Solutions focused to identify and drive operational improvements ensuring successfully outcomes.
- Ability to enhance Customer Service performance standards through effective leadership & coaching.
- Strong communication & reporting ability

- Demonstrates the highest level of business ethics, integrity & resilience.
- Consistently adheres to, promotes company/manufacturer values and principles in all business & customer interactions.
- ** Proven Experience as a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Manager in a High Volume Dealership environment Essential**
