As we expand our portfolio, we’re looking for a talented Event Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of our flagship event - the Mov'in Bed Outdoor Cinema.

Role Overview:
In winter - you will be working on Bastille French Festival in Sydney, supervising Le Cinema - an outdoor mulled wine Cinema.

Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Plan, coordinate, and execute Mov'in Bed Outdoor Cinema events and other experiential initiatives.

2.⁠ ⁠Manage staff and oversee team operations during events.

3.⁠ ⁠Handle budgets, timelines, and logistics for multiple events simultaneously.

4.⁠ ⁠Coordinate bump-in and bump-out procedures efficiently to ensure smooth transitions.

5.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.

6.⁠ ⁠Develop creative concepts and themes that align with our Mov'in Bed brand and objectives.

7.⁠ ⁠Provide on-site leadership during events, overseeing setup, operations, and breakdown.

8.⁠ ⁠Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
1.⁠ ⁠Previous experience managing outdoor cinema experiences is essential.

2.⁠ ⁠Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management, with a focus on outdoor and experiential events.

3.⁠ ⁠Forklift licence and works-at-height licence are required.

4.⁠ ⁠Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

5.⁠ ⁠Proficiency in budget management and logístical planning.

6.⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in French is a plus due to your involvement in Bastille.

7.⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel extensively across Australia for events.

**Salary**: $60,000 to $80,000 + superannuation, with bonuses for out-of-hours work.
