**As the Demand Planner, you will be responsible for**:

- ** Forecasting;** Create and maintain forecast models for customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecasting information gathered by sales marketing, finance and retailer replenishment teams
- ** Promotional Calendars; **Coordinate promotional calendar YOY comparisons and historical sales trends to highlight promotional opportunities
- ** Demand Planning KPI’s;** Support the Sales teams to deliver channel forecasting and implement solutions to improve accuracy
- ** Supply Chain;** Work closely with the Supply Chain Team to ensure stock is up to date with requirements for our complex supply chain
- ** Reporting; **Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process, including presenting findings and ideas to Finance, Operations and Supply Chain functions

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a demand planning/supply chain role, ideally within the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
- Knowledge of SAP/APO, Optimity, or other demand planning software
- Analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Self-sufficient but also a team player who can collaborate and align with others
