**Job description**

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives

2. Gather and analyze data on customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities in the automotive parts market, particularly focusing on Japanese car brands.

3. Provide strategic marketing advice to build and implement marketing communications and campaigns in line with business needs.

4. Evaluate and analyse data to ensure the effectiveness and optimisation of marketing communications activities and projects including suggesting and implementing improvements.

5. Increase visibility and awareness of Japanese Car Parts QLD as a trusted supplier of high-quality, authentic car parts for Japanese vehicles.

6. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop pricing strategies that reflect market demand and company goals.

7. Conduct in-depth research to identify new market trends, customer preferences, emerging needs, and potential opportunities for existing products or services.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ of experience in relevant field is required
- Demonstrated understanding of a variety of marketing platforms, including digital marketing
- Ability to create, implement, and review effective marketing plans
- Creative thinker in a process-oriented environment
- Proficient in gathering and analysing data to inform marketing strategies
- Skilled in managing collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including school principals and media agencies
- Service-oriented and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

**Salary**:

- $73,000 -$83,000 per annum exclusive of superannuation.
