**About The Roles**

We have three full time permanent roles available on **Afternoon Shift**at our new state of the art DC in Tullamarine for experienced Leading Hands across our Picking, Replenishment and Outbound areas. The hours will be 3.30pm to 11.36pm Monday to Friday.

The primary focus of these roles will be to lead a small team in accordance with daily instructions, ensuring efficiency and promoting a safe, supportive work culture. You will promote open communication and implement ideas for process improvement in line with company policies and values.

**Reporting to the DC Team Leader your day to day will include**:

- Lead and adhere to Work Health and Safety standards
- Train, coach and mentor your team to achieve kpis and best in class practices ensuring correct use of voice pick, the wms system and rf scanning equipment
- Ensure tasks are picked and confirmed within agreed timeframes, reporting daily exceptions to the Warehouse Management team
- Ensure accurate QA reporting and despatch of orders
- Cleanse orders within the current warehouse management system; WMS-MLS. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Ensure your team restock pick faces, and maintain inventory levels within SAP/MLS
- Oversee the loading and unloading of freight as required
- Ensure the warehouse is kept in a clean, tidy & safe condition,

**About YOU**

You will have a proven background in a similar Leading Hand role within a fast-paced DC environment and the following skills/attributes:

- Commitment to lead safety
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast and responsive able to work to strict deadlines
- Team Player - maintain close working relationships with all other employees
- Results and achievement are completed to high standards
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
- Forklift Licence (desired, but not essential)
- Previous experience of Voice Pick or RF equipment use
- Basic level PC admin/input
- Experiencing of working with a warehouse management system driven pick, despatch
