We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Officer to join the Warehousing team in LOCAL mining warehouses. Reporting to the Supervisor Warehousing, within the Warehousing and Logistics team this role is responsible for the operation of the Warehouse to provide materials to site customers safely, efficiently and on time.

Reporting to the Supervisor Warehousing, within the Warehousing and Logistics team this role is responsible for the operation of the Warehouse to provide materials to site customers safely, efficiently and on time.

Safe and efficient execution of warehouse tasks

Ensure all (forklifts, reach trucks) are operated professionally and safely

Actively participate in all team meetings and safety meetings/forums

Efficient investigation and a professional manner to assist with resolution of customer queries

Adherence to warehouse roster/warehouse work plan (unless directed by Warehouse Supervisor)

Flexibility and the ability to work autonomously, or to lead by example as required by the operation

Achieve and or exceed competencies as required under the department competency matrix

Participate in all training provided to achieve the competencies required for the role

This is a LOCAL role located in Henderson or Hazelmere working on a 5 day a week roster 8 - 10 hour shifts.

About You

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a similar role in a warehousing environment

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong problem solving skills

Exposure to SAP materials management system - Preferred but not essential

Forklift operators who have experience in load line haul

**Qualifications**:
Certificate III in Warehousing Operations ( not essential )

Class C manual drivers licence

High Risk Forklift licence

Reach Fork Operations ( not essential )
