We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Forklift Operators to join the Production Team in LOCAL mining located at Muchea. Reporting to the Supervisor Day Production. This role is responsible for the operation of bagging and Forklifting large bulk loads up to 400kg, safely and efficiently.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Forklift Operators to join the Production Team in LOCAL mining located at Muchea. Reporting to the Supervisor Day Production. This role is responsible for the operation of bagging and Forklifting large bulk loads up to 400kg, safely and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities include:

Safe and efficient execution of forklift tasks

High standards of work to maintain yards to a global safety standard

Ensure all (forklifts, reach trucks) are operated professionally and safely

Actively participate in all team meetings and safety meetings/forums

Efficient investigation and a professional manner to assist with resolution of customer queries

Adherence to Day Production roster work plan (unless directed by Day Production Supervisor)

Flexibility and the ability to work autonomously, or to lead by example as required by the operation

Achieve and or exceed competencies as required under the department competency matrix

Participate in all training provided to achieve the competencies required for the role

This is a LOCAL role located in Muchea, working on a 5 day a week roster 12 hour shifts with the flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and night shifts.

About You

Skills and Experience

Proven experience on a Forklift in a large warehouse environment.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong problem solving skills

Exposure to SAP materials management system - Preferred but not essential

Forklift operators who have experience in lifting ugly freight a MUST.

**Qualifications**:
Certificate III in Warehousing Operations ( not essential )

Class C manual drivers licence

High Risk Forklift licence

Reach Fork Operations ( not essential )
