We are a small team specializing in complex partner visas, protection visas, cancellations, and Administrative Appeal Tribunal matters.

**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Relevant degree in Law or Migration
- Must have MARA registration
- Migration practice experience, preferably in migration law for one to three years
- Apetide to handle complex matters
- Strong knowledge of migration legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
